RED Hot 4 NACC

Carter Up and down the country our
supporters will be going RED 4 NACC in pubs, schools,
colleges, universities at home and in the workplace, organising
RED Hot dances (swing, barn, tango, rock ‘n roll,
ballroom, salsa…) cycle rides, swims, dinners, tug of war,
karokee, darts tournament….. see our
list of RED Hot
ideas and poster that you can download and spread the RED
Hot message amongst your friends, family, colleagues and anyone
who would listen! Our fundraising packs will be
available early October but in the meantime
register your interest and get going on organising your very own
RED Hot event.
We want you to sizzle with fun, feel hot, hot,
hot and HAVE A GREAT RED Hot TIME! |

Fundraising.
Thank you for your interest in raising
funds for the NACC. We hope
this list of ideas will inspire you. We would be pleased
to support your fundraising by providing you with publicity
material (banners, posters, leaflets etc) merchandise on a
"sale or return" basis and give a free t-shirt or running
vest and sponsor forms if relevant to the event.
If you know of other fundraising ideas
that we have not included on
our list please let us know.

Please make a
donation
If you would like to support NACC
you can:
make a donation online through our partner site JustGiving
or use our
printed donation form
you can also
create a donations page for your own sponsored event
through Justgiving. This enables people to sponsor
you online or you can sponsor people already raising
money for NACC
When you donate via Justgiving they reclaim the income
tax you have paid on that sum on our behalf (where you
have declared yourself to be a UK tax payer) and add
that to your donation before passing the total to NACC.
NACC pays Justgiving
a small administration fee for this service which
includes the charge made by the credit card company.

Barnados is launching the National Wedding Dress on
Friday 25th August 2006 and are inviting people to wear
their wedding dresses to work, supermarkets, shopping,
pub, restaurant, on an aeroplane etc etc etc.

RED Hot Ted has great
RED Hot appeal, helping spread the message about Colitis &
Crohn’s & NACC. We still have a few left – would

We aim to increase our annual research fund from
£350,000 to £500,000
If each member raises £25 by placing their box in a
prominent place e.g. on your desk at work, your favourite pub or bar,
post office, shop or, if you are feeling brave, you could, as 8-year old
Katie did, leave it in your hall for generous visitors, you could help
us raise an amazing £725,000!
If you wish to fundraise in this way please contact to
request a box or boxes. The box opens out into a pyramid. Writing your
name and address in the space provided on the base will ensure that the
box is returned to you.

Wear it for NACC!
 New
wrist bands embossed with ‘NACC-ered’ are in stock! Adult and
children sizes available in red and white (children sizes would suit
slim wristed ladies) and are in bags of 5 or 10 at a suggested donation
of £1 per wristband with £0.50p for postage for orders up to 30, £1.00
for 31-50 and £2 for 51 and over. You have helped us raise £14,500!

These can be offered at work, clubs and schools – we are waiting for
your order!
If you would like to wear the most fashionable item since jeans then
email with your orders (sold in packs of 5 or 10 in either
white or red, adult or children sizes). Immediately after giving us your
order please send a cheque payable to NACC to: NACC (WB), 4 Beaumont
House, Sutton Road, St Albans AL1 5HH
with a note of your name, address and number of bands ordered.
