Crohn's and Colitis UK Walks - York 23rd May 2010

Search this Site

This year is the York Walk’s 5th anniversary.
Come along and help us celebrate on 23rd May 2010!

York walkers 2009Timings

From 10.30am…..
To warm you up for the main event, a fun-filled morning of family activities is laid on. So turn up early for live music, children’s entertainment, face painting and dancing at Museum Gardens.

From 12.00pm……
The Walk sets off at 12.00pm, with this year’s new and improved route following a scenic route around York’s historic city centre, including the Millennium Bridge and York Minster. We also offer a shorter and more accessible walk for those who choose it.

Also new for this year is our Activity Quiz Challenge for kids (and big kids) – so bring along your thinking caps, and prepare to learn more about our fascinating city as you walk.

From 1.00pm……
After all that walking, you are invited to rest your tired legs and enjoy a family picnic. You bring the food, we’ll provide the entertainment!
